Our townhouse is located near Torrevieja in an area called Los Altos about 50 km / 32 mile from Alicante airport (45 minutes drive) and 35 km / 22 miles from Murcia (San Javier) airport (20 minutes).

The house comprises of 3 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor has a patio area to the front, lounge/dining room, kitchen, downstairs toilet/wc, granite stairs take you to the next floor which has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with balcony and the main bathroom. Stairs to the top floor lead to the roof-top sun terrace which has table and chairs with sun loungers and a shower to cool off under.

The property has full air conditioning / heating (for a small extra cost), free parking immediately outside the entrance and is unique in that it has only one small step to the front door (so no dragging any heavy bags to tire you out on your arrival). You will have a Spanish contact number for our English agent in case of any difficulty.

The communal pool area is ideal for cooling off under the hot sun and there's a separate shallow pool for the children. The pool area is gated and access is restricted to residents only. A landscaped garden area around the pool is ideal for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of small playground areas within a short walk of the house and there is a hard court area for ball games nearby.

You are about 500m from the nearest supermarket for your supplies, 600m from the main bars and restaurants and about 1 km from the beach. There is a local bus service (1.20 Euro to Torrevieja) but a car would allow you to explore the main towns of Torrevieja, Orihuela and Alicante as well as the local markets.
